What ShipWindow is

ShipWindow provides a no-install production-status page and private update workflow for made-to-order Shopify stores. We sell paid setups; we do not connect to the merchant's Shopify admin and do not sync customer or order data.

Information we collect

• Public store information. We may visit a prospect's public website to read product timing, FAQ, or shipping pages.
• Merchant contact details. Name, email, phone, and store URL provided during outreach, setup, or checkout.
• Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We receive checkout metadata (e.g., session id, paid amount) but never card numbers.
• Setup content. Production stage labels, ship windows, and customer-facing wording the merchant chooses to publish.

What we do not collect

• End-customer order data from the merchant's Shopify store.
• End-customer payment information of any kind.
• Anything from a Shopify admin connection — there is no Shopify install.

How we use information

We use the information above to deliver the paid setup, communicate about the setup, send transactional emails, and improve outreach. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

Subprocessors

Stripe (payments), our email transport provider, and our hosting provider may process the data described above to deliver ShipWindow.

Data retention

We keep merchant and setup data while a paid setup is active and for a reasonable period after, for support and legal records. You may request deletion of your contact data at any time.
